Internal Job Title will be - Principal Software Engineer I
Take an innovative educational technology organization to the next level by becoming part of our rapidly growing organization. We seek a self-driven, passionate, highly qualified Principal Software Engineer with experience in modern frontend technologies. As a Lead frontend engineer at Curriculum Associates, you will be part of a high-performing team that builds dashboards and reports for educators to help them complete their jobs efficiently.
The impact you'll have :
- Lead a team of 4-6 engineers, actively contributing to architectural initiatives and working with onshore and offshore team members
- You will be part of a rapidly growing Ed-Tech company and will impact educators and students with your contributions to i-Ready, our award-winning K-8 educational software service.
- You will design and develop rich user experiences using HTML5, React, Redux, CSS, and modern frontend tools and frameworks.
- You will work closely with your agile development team members, product owners, and user experience designers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- You will help build new and innovative solutions that solve challenging software issues.
- You will collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Product and QA, translating product requirements into technical solutions.
- You will partner with cross-functional peers on other teams to design and deliver solutions.

Benefits and Pay Range :
Pay Range - This role's range is $110,500. - $196,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
