Currito Naperville is seeking a manager that can lead our fantastic team and maintain and grow the stores continued success.

Trained abilities
-Be able to lead a friendly, fun, clean, and fast shift.
-Be proficient at all positions in the store. This includes opening, closing, and being able to work each position during a rush.
-Complete Manager Operations training.
-Understand and live all of our culture.
Daily responsibilities
-Fill out, and complete all of our systems and checklists.
-Coach and train our front of house staff.
-Keep the front of house clean and organized.
-Complete management tasks which include: cash handling, scheduling, staff discipline, and covering shifts.
-Hold initial interviews and/or sit in on interviews.
-Make the weekly staff schedule.
-Take ownership of all cash control procedures.
Miscellaneous
-Must be able to up to 50 lbs.
-Have a flexible schedule and open availability, or near open availability.
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
-Must be able to work on their feet for the entire shift.
-Have reliable transportation.
