Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with food service as needed, including serving appetizers or meals to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering events when necessary.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
