We're currently in need of an energetic and highly motivated Multi-Family Leasing Agent for a large apartment community in the Northland. Seeking a self-starter, who is dependable with good people skills and a customer-service attitude. The desired candidate should have the following skills:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishing positive business relationships with residents, vendors, management, co-workers, and ownership
- Respond to calls, emails, and website leads reliably and professionally
- Set up appointments, conduct showings, and facilitate leasing process
- Processing applications and paperwork
- Work with the rest of the team to maintain high occupancy levels
- Have positive and productive interactions with residents, vendors and team members
- Create and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual resident correspondence.
Job Requirements will include but are not limited to:
- Master organizer - having things in their place makes you happy
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2 years' experience in residential property management preferred
- Computer savvy: strong grasp of office software systems including MS Office, Adobe, Property Manager Software (Yardi experience a plus), etc.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management skills
Compensation:

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
