We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Responsibilities
· Processing and handling of all orders from start to finish with accuracy and timeliness: From job creation to collecting payment & delivery
· Data Entry
· Communication with Customers, Dealers & Vendors
· Working closely with Outside Sales
· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
· Answering Phones
Job Requirements
· Previous experience working in a sales department preferred
· Ability to coordinate and track schedules, customer details, and orders accurately and timely
· Train and be trained as required.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
· Highly proficient computer skills including email, MS Word & Excel
· Ability to work in a faced-paced business environment.
· Strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
