THE ROLE
In this role, you will be bringing life to the mission of Curt Landry Ministries (CLM) and House of David Ministries (HOD) as an Ambassador of the Kingdom of God.
The Call Center Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for CLM, ensuring exceptional customer service and spiritual care. This role is essential in supporting customers, managing communications, and maintaining the integrity of the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a heart for ministry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Alignment with Curt Landry Ministries' mission and vision is a key requirement of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Center Ambassador
· Answer and manage all incoming queue calls
· Pray with callers as needed, offering prayers of agreement.
- Document all calls in appropriate systems s
- Assist customers with placing orders for the online store, Passover materials, bookstore purchases, and more.
- Support customers in scheduling Freedom Prayer appointments and resolving donor or account-related issues
- Educate customers on website navigation, account features, and online store promotions.
- Operate bookstore before and after Friday services (evening)
- Provide Event Registration Support
- Pick up and sort mail, delivering it to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Monitor the info email inbox, distributing messages or escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in maintaining the bookstore, ensuring sale items are updated in POS system.
- Assist in packing and transporting products for events.
- Monitor and moderate comments on Facebook and YouTube, taking action to block, remove, or suspend as necessary.
- Appropriately answer chats and document prayer needs/requests for the Prayer Team.
- Sort and open mail, posting deposits to customer accounts
- Process refunds, product returns, and failed donations.
- Monitor donations and subscriptions for errors or concerns, and manage as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and systems (InfusionSoft/WOOcommerce preferred).
- Experience with digital platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and live chat moderation.
- A heart for ministry and prayer, with a strong commitment to serving others.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
- Proficiency in Square or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
