Creative Media Producer

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Media Producer who is looking to use their skill and expertise to help grow the ministry by bringing to life the vision of CLM. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, disciplined, adept with content creation, and in alignment with the mission of CLM. You bring excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational as well as creative thinking with empathy and compassion. You have extensive knowledge of scope, schedules and budget planning including experience multimedia productions from ideation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience, or a willingness to be trained, in VR and VR 360 productions and editing.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate creative direction of content consistent with the voice and tone of the ministry
• Collaborate with team leadership to prioritize Creative scope of project and Creative delivery options.
• Live/recorded production (Friday evening and special service events, studio production, etc.)
• Consistently meets or exceeds deadlines and manages multiple priorities and production schedules
• Assists in all aspects of creative and live production for special events on-site
• Supports on-site studio filming including post-production
• Edit weekly shows and streaming content for Curt Landry Ministries social media pages and the One New Man Network (short and long form content)
• Enhance online viewer experience with creative ideas to engage online communities
• Ability to travel for production trips
• Coordination of face-to-face production meetings with staff to prepare for each scheduled service, event, and on-site studio sessions.
• Evolve knowledge of post-production tools and best practices to align with Media Production goals
• Review production footage for quality control
• Collaborate with Media Director to guide the post-production process, including an asset’s overall tone, music choice, editing, and special effects
• Maintain all files in the digital asset management system
• Communicates effectively with individuals and groups
• Capacity to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Initiative, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate

Required Skills:

You must possess an in-depth knowledge of core platforms and programs as they will be utilized on a daily basis:

• Editing skills in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Apple Motion, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Knowledge of ProPresenter for live and recorded productions
• Basic animation skills with FCPX, DaVinci Resolve, Apple Motion, and Adobe After Effects
• Proven Project/event management experience
• Familiarity with Canon C70 and R5C, Sony FX3, Blackmagic 6K Pro cinema rigs along with Blackmagic Broadcast G2 system for video, photography and live stream productions
• Basic graphic design skills for social and website content creation
• Working knowledge of various audio, video, and lighting gear

This position is a full-time on-site/hybrid/remote position with preference given to candidates in either Destin, Florida or Tulsa (Eastern Oklahoma) areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
