As the Director of R&D, Coffee, you will be the face of the coffee program and ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality coffee products. You will have the chance to lead coffee process management, sensory evaluation and shape product offerings that influence the industry. In this role, you’ll also be an educator and mentor, guiding the coffee team and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in coffee sourcing, roasting, quality control, or coffee program leadership. Q Grader certification required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee sensory evaluation and industry best practices.
- A dynamic leader who is both customer-facing and an internal educator.
- Ability to manage coffee-related projects and initiatives with strategic direction.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional products.
