Actively seeking a veritable rock star, someone who embodies hard work, unwavering commitment, and determination to accomplish the task at hand. Our firm specializes in retained recruitment for the food manufacturing, grocery retail, and wholesale industries. This is a remote role, in a fast-paced, caring, and collaborative environment where hard work is rewarded!
We provide high-quality services to our clients while adhering to a set of core values that emphasize honesty, commitment, grit and tenacity. We strive to be a trusted and reliable partner for our clients and candidates as well as each other! In this role you will have the chance to work on high level searches, source, and interview candidates while supporting the client lead. Our recruiters focus on up to four searches at a time. We use advanced tools, a large database, and our network to find the right candidates. This way, we give each search the attention it needs and get better results for our clients!
Required to meet with the team once a month in Rogers, MN, or other locations in the West Metro.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in research, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Strong research skills with the ability to source and assess potential candidates.
- Proficiency in using online research tools, databases, and social media platforms for sourcing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of industry sectors and market trends is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, human resources, or social sciences.
