Hourly Wage: $16 - $22 per hour, DOE
Location: Oroville, CA
Level of Care: persons served require personal care, increased/line of sight supervision, support in activities of daily living, transportation, support in remaining safe in the community, enhanced behavioral support, and regimented daily activities.
Qualifications:
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience, but willing to train the right employee.
- Eligible to work in the caregiving field.
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured preferred but not required.
- Able to maintain focus and remain on task for long periods of time.
- Expected to work effectively on a team, and follow plan objectives.
- Able and willing to work with challenging behaviors such as aggression, elopement, property damage, and other crisis situations. This includes certification in PCM and/or Ukeru.
- Passionate for changing lives and rising to the challenge.
- Committed to upholding the highest standards of care and ethical conduct.
