Qualifications:
- Must be certified or able to obtain certification in Professional Crisis Management at a Prac 2 level
- Advanced experience working with challenging individuals
- Able to demonstrate an ability to meet exceptionally high standards in the caregiving field
- Able to demonstrate an ability to remain calm and professional in high magnitude crisis situations
- Able and willing to follow management directives promptly and diligently
- Able to complete routine documentation for each client
- *$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days if you already have Children's-level background clearance through DSS
Experience:
- Caregiving for children: 1 year (Preferred)
