Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing conflict of interest search requests for the Firm's domestic and international offices via an automated new business intake system. This includes reviewing, analyzing and requesting additional information, if needed, for new business requests; performing time-sensitive searches on internal and external databases, as well as performing extensive research on companies and individuals for new business and lateral hire intake purposes. Additional tasks include profiling historical forms and documents and assisting with general client matter maintenance and audit projects.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
