PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT ARCHITECT
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
– Eight or more years of professional experience, professional degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred but not required
– Highly proficient in Revit and Bluebeam
– Extensive understanding of the IBC and ADA
– Licensed in the State of Utah (desired, but not required)
– Understand Construction Documents
– Excellent communication skills
– Resource Management and Team Building skills
Compensation:
– Competitive Industry Pay based on AIA recommended rates
– Fifteen paid personal days per year
– Full medical and dental coverage under a basic plan, and option to upgrade

– Matching 401k up to 4% of annual pay
