Your Role:
- Set up and operate printing presses, ensuring jobs are completed within estimated Make Ready and Run Time.
- Master and utilize press control programs (KBA, GMI, AMS, Logotronic, Colortronic).
- Work closely with Ink Room, Feeder Operators, 1st Pressman, and Quality Assurance to ensure premium quality.
- Maintain accurate and organized reports as required.
- Follow best safety practices and support a clean, efficient, and organized workspace.
- Be available for reasonable overtime to maintain production schedules.
- Uphold our reputation for precision and quality craftsmanship.

- Experience in printing operations preferred, but we value strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team.
