Compensation is contingent on experience and skills ranging from $65,000-$85,000

Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Power Generation Project Analyst at our location in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge gap between technical project teams and sales administration teams
• Collaborate on invoicing, collections, forecasting, internal repair orders, etc.
• Facilitate the purchase and manufacturing release of high value equipment and bulk volume acquisitions
• Attend and participate in project takeoff and update meetings
• Assist in asset management for high volume/mission critical business
• Review and assist in managing financials for major projects, focusing on the mission critical/data center market
• Preliminary contract review and collaboration with senior management
• Facilitate completion of administrative documents for high value/volume customers
• Compile, collect and monitor financial reports and flag items for escalation
• Assist in building and maintaining project tracking and reporting tools
• Preform job specific financial and logistical audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Industry experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Salesforce
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• This position requires occasional driving
