Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing an exceptional buying experience. 

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, helping them understand features, options, and pricing. 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda’s new models, technology, and industry trends. 

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and ensure each customer finds the best fit for their lifestyle. 

• Assist with financing options, ensuring transparency and clear communication with customers. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• A strong passion for customer service, cars, and sales. 

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills. 

• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales goals. 

• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. 

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor. 

• A valid CT Driver’s License is required 

• Prospective employees must pass a DMV/Criminal/Drug screening.
