Your Challenge
- Lead the interrogations and interpretations of customer Online Work Instructions (OWI) along with corresponding Model Based Definition (MBD).
- Assist and instruct others in proper set-up procedures.
- Perform minor repairs of equipment. Assist maintenance personnel when required.
- Manufacture and inspect detailed parts and tools from blueprints, sketches, drawings and verbal instructions using a variety of machining tools and equipment (mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other machining equipment).
- Create manufacturing process sheets for milled, turned, and sheet metal parts utilizing CATIA software including assemblies, and located finishes.
- Keep work area clean and free from safety hazards. Maintain acceptable quality and efficiency level.
- 6 years of experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Ability to demonstration a can-do attitude and work with others in team.
- Attention to detail to thoroughly follow work instructions, standard work and department procedures.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Previous hands on experience with reviewing routing proofs for manufacturing process accuracy.
- Self-motivated individuals that work with integrity.
- Extensive experience with programing and machining support
- Safety mindset to minimize risk to themselves and others.
- Willingness to learn and solve problems from within the business.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling 50 lbs; Standing and Sitting.
- Ability to read an interpret blueprints, GD&T, sketches, drawings.
