The Process Engineer will provide new programming development, existing program review/validation. Provide the technical expertise necessary to support and maintain existing processes on-site.
Location: Greenwood, IN
Salary: $60,000-$70,000

Your Challenge
- Supports the operations and production teams through hands-on involvement.
- Defines, interprets and develops quality standards for receiving, in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
- Writes inspection procedures.
- Investigates and analyzes manufacturing and customer issues providing technical assistance in establishing procedures and methods.
- Reviews and evaluates in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate.
- Performs technical surveillance in the control of products, design concepts, software and specification requirements.
- Provides assistance in the areas of manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement, quality engineering, software quality, software configuration management and procurement quality engineering.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time in the US/UK
- Bachelors’ degree in engineering or associates relevant experience
- Team player, willingness to get the job done.
- Self-motivated and decisive, with a focus on problem solving
- The ability to work independently and efficiently performing multiple tasks.
- Experience in coatings.
