Job Description
As the Manager, Quality Control, you will oversee all quality and EHS related functions, supervise Quality staff, and host customer and regulatory audits. You will also review and evaluate contractual requirements, develop and approve process and inspection plans, and maintain training requirements and records.
You will collaborate with the management team to drive business needs and align with corporate goals and objectives. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis and corrective action for discrepant product, identify potential project quality issues, and manage and develop the QMS system.
- Oversee all quality and EHS related functions within a NADCAP QMS environment.
- Complete monthly internal audits.
- Develop/Approve Process and Inspection plans compliant with customer and industry specific requirements.
- Review and evaluate contractual requirements in specifications and drawings.
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures for all aspects of functional responsibility.
- Host all customer and regulatory audits and ensure continued certification to AS9100 and NADCAP.
- Review, evaluate, and answer customer correspondence.
