Marketing Specialist
Our team is growing! We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Nuclear Division based in either Fredrick, MD or Idaho Falls, ID. With a focus on lead generation to support sales opportunities, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, tradeshows, and website management, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement. You will collaborate with sales teams and Product Line Managers to identify opportunities, and refine marketing efforts based on competitive research. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with strong communication skills and a passion for driving results in a dynamic, global environment.
Location: candidate must be local to either our Fredrick, MD or Idaho Falls, ID office (hybrid)

Your Challenge:
- Lead generation support, develop marketing plans and supporting business units in product positioning in the marketplace.
- Conducts competitive product analysis and market research; and evaluates sales performance.
- Assists with the development and production of marketing materials.
- May serve as an advisor to the sales force and customers on all matters concerned with designated products.
- Completes market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
- Support business units in product positioning in the marketplace.
- Periodic travel required to support industry events and engage staff across multiple locations.
What You Bring:
- Due to the nature of work performed at this site, incumbents must be a U.S. Person.
- Degree in marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Exposure to CMS (Content Management System).
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
