Program Manager
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Target Rock team!
As our Program Manager, you will be responsible for all Contracts functions and personnel including but not limited to the preparation and submittal of proposals for contract changes, audits, negotiations, correspondence, department policies and procedures, interface with internal and external customers, new orders forecast, purchase order/contract processing and close out, customer furnished property administration and shipping administration.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY
Salary/hourly rate: $120,700 to $145,000 bonus opportunity

Your Challenge
- Review RFQ’s/RFP’s and provide program management input regarding delivery and understanding of the target margins.
- Ensure Terms and Conditions have been reviewed and modified to reduce liabilities.
- Monitors staff on daily functions and special assignments.
- Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.
- Ensure timely and accurate support to inquiries.
- Provide liaison between customer and operating TR departments.
- Review and update departmental procedures.
- Support customer and industry audits/surveys.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
- Train staff on all contract administration function, responsibilities, and procedures. Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
What You Bring
- Must be a US citizen
- BS in engineering or Management MS in Management preferred
- Ten (10) years related experience in Program Management
- Knowledge of company procedures
- Knowledge of material specifications, manufacturing, and inspection techniques
- PMP preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of product and sources of supply.
- Ten (10) year experience in Program Management
- Drawing reading capability preferred
- Must be computer literate, specifically with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Requires extensive administrative and technical knowledge with frequent interaction with employees and customers
- Knowledge of export requirements preferred
- Prior experience with ORACLE ERP desirable.
