Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and applies quality standards for receiving, in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
- Reviews and evaluates in-process rejections, obtains disposition and implements corrective action as needed.
- Maintains effective communication with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information.
- Participates in audits and ensures compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or aerospace experience.
- Understanding of blueprints and ability to interpret them.
- Self-motivated and able to wear multiple hats to help colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Associates degree also considered).
