This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections, and participating in audits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
- Review and evaluate in-process rejections, obtain disposition, and implement corrective action as needed.
- Interface with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information.
- Participate in audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or aerospace experience.
- Assisted in audits or completed audits.
- Understanding blueprints.
- Self-motivated/self-starter.
- Ability to wear multiple hats to help each other out.
- Education - associates or bachelors degree.
