As an energetic Curves' coach you will be responsible for coaching members to achieve life changing results. Your consultation, support, and motivation day by day will be the key to helping each lady achieve a better quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and effectively coach members to get the maximum benefit from their 30 minute Curves Circuit workout and fitness classes.
* Be able to explain the program and price structure to potential new clients, and sell memberships.

Education and/or Experience:
· Customer service experience.
· Basic computer skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.

Time:
Must be available to work a minimum of three shifts per week.
Mon. - Fri. 7-12 and 4-7
Sat. 7:30 - 10 am
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 5 hours per day.
Ability to perform exercise on each piece of equipment.
Ability to verbally explain how to safely use each piece of equipment.
Ability to correctly identify which muscle groups are engaged on each piece of equipment.
All exercises can be modified.
Environmental Requirements:
· The noise level is moderate to loud in a fitness environment.
· All Curves Clubs are smoke-free environments.
Time is spent in a climate-controlled area with proper lighting, ventilation and keyboard set-up.

Compensation:
· Base hourly compensation.
Commission on membership sales available
