What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Supervisor position at CUSA, LLC?
Working in close partnership with other department heads, the Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure that the highest standards for cleanliness, safety and sanitation are maintained throughout the hotel. Ensure that guest requests are responded to promptly and direct the team in performing a variety of activities to ensure a consistently clean, orderly and attractive environment within guest rooms and public spaces. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be accountable for managing and coordinating the resources, tasks, requirements, systems and processes related to housekeeping and laundry operations, and for creating an energized and positive work environment that results in the delivery of exceptional guest service. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for achieving guest service goals and Marriott brand standards including training and quality assurance and training the team for exceptional performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
