Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, diagnose, and repair various requests.
- Perform regular maintenance checks in each guest room, major mechanical equipment, and other machinery.
- Conduct general upkeep of the exterior and interior of the building, including administration of the hotel's risk management program.
- Monitor outside contractors and their associates to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Ensure guest security and safety, adhering to CUSA, LLC's high standards.

- Maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
