- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in guest rooms, major mechanical equipment, and other systems.
- Maintain the exterior of the building, administer risk management programs, and monitor contractors.
- Ensure guest security and safety as a critical part of providing a secure environment.
Additional duties include following hotel policies and procedures while working closely with the team to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests.
