What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance helper position at CUSA, LLC?
Looking for a customer friendly individual with the skills and knowledge to maintain 104 room property. Individual with the abilities to multi-task, investigate, deduce and problem solve. Ability to work as a team player.
- Hotel maintenance experience at least 2 years
- HVAC and PTAC knowledge (certification is a plus)
- Knowledge in plumbing (certification a plus)
- Knowledge in minor electrical (certification a plus)
- Ability to repair and paint walls
- Ability to patch plumbing leaks or install new fixtures
- Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours or more
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work days or nights
- Ability to be able to respond to an emergency if necessary
