Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with account needs, conducting financial transactions, and providing solutions to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate and confidential support to customers in all aspects of their accounts.
- Handle cash drawers, balance transactions, and process mortgage, loan, and credit card payments.
- Assist customers with gift cards, cashier's checks, money orders, and savings bonds.
- Offer cross-training opportunities within the department and flexibility to work at various locations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience combination.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
