Qualifications
- you will bring to the table :
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, controls, or experience as a field technician
- 5 years of job-related experience
- CCP (Certified Commissioning Professional). CxA (Certified Commissioning Authority), or BCxP (Building Commissioning Professional Certification)
- Intermediate Knowledge in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Ability to perform design reviews
- Commissioning Various HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical systems
- Work as an individual, under minimal supervision to perform required task
- Complete administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation
- Client direct communication skills
- Pro-active work ethic and ability to effectively manage time
