Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Resident Services Assistant to help with a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of the building. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management while making a difference in the daily lives of our residents. You'll be working with a friendly team and learning the ropes of the luxury property management industry in a vibrant, downtown location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the move-in process for new residents, ensuring units are ready and in excellent condition.
- Perform unit inspections before move-ins to ensure everything is in perfect order.
- Support the planning and execution of resident events and activities, helping to foster a strong sense of community.
- Distribute notices and communications to residents and ensure they are informed of building updates and important information.
- Provide general support to the management team and handle any resident needs as they arise.
- Assist with any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations of the building.
Qualifications:
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist wherever help is needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed, with a flexible schedule (3 days a week, with hours varying based on events and move-ins).
- Interested in starting a career in property management or real estate, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred.
