Job Description
The Sr. Account Director manages the day-to-day client relationship of one of C&W’s premier accounts. In this role, this individual will manage multiple service lines for a dynamic and world-class office and retail portfolio. This individual will lead a large team housed in multiple locations throughout the United States. The role will oversee two or more service lines below :
- Integrated Facility Management (including Engineering, EH&S, Sustainability, Supply Chain Mgt. etc.)
- Project & Development Services
- Transaction Management
- Portfolio and Workplace Strategy
The Sr. Account Director is typically responsible for between five and ten million dollars in revenue.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and printers. May be required to travel outside between client sites in varying weather conditions.
