Key Responsibilities :

Community Governance :

Understand and apply community governing documents (CC&Rs) as applicable.

Develop and maintain processes for enforcing community guidelines.

Collaborate with Association Directors on compliance-related matters.

Compliance Management :

Process and issue notices from community compliance inspections.

Monitor and track insurance policies, rental agreements, and other required documentation.

Maintain internal systems and databases for community and company information.

Prepare and manage compliance calendars, summaries, and reporting.

Conduct training for Association Directors on processes and procedures.

Manage and maintain the Compliance Department Inbox.

Create and implement department processes and procedures for efficient management.

General Compliance :

Support all aspects of the Community Compliance department.

Deliver excellent customer service and support to homeowners.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel (basic to intermediate level).

Ability to learn and use internal software and web-based systems.

Soft Skills :

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Process-oriented mindset.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Effective multitasking skills.

Collaborative team player with a cooperative attitude.

Ability to work effectively in an office environment.

Strong leadership capabilities.

Accountability and ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills :

Experience and knowledge of HOAs.

Familiarity with community governing documents.

Experience in Community Management.
