Summary:
The HOA Community Work Orders Supervisor ensures efficient handling of maintenance requests within the community. Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and maintaining homeowner satisfaction through timely communication and quality service delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Order Management:
- Review and prioritize work orders from homeowners and authorized personnel.
- Assign tasks to appropriate vendors or staff and monitor progress to ensure completion within set timelines.
- Communicate status updates to homeowners and maintain detailed records of all work orders.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and manage relationships with service vendors and contractors for various community needs.
- Negotiate service agreements and monitor vendor performance, addressing any quality concerns.
- Conduct periodic vendor reviews and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Emergency Response:
- Address emergency maintenance issues such as leaks, power outages, and security concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with appropriate personnel to resolve emergencies effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage work orders and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
