- Supports the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives.
- Provides exceptional guest service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about our products.
- Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Assists with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, counting inventory, and monitoring stock levels.
- Participates in visual merchandising and store displays to create an appealing and inviting store environment.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
