Production Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards within the facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly line operations and the use of various tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor the assembly line processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for production.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility or factory setting is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in operating hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation for material handling.
• Experience in fabricating and assembling products on an assembly line is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
