Job Summary :
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring manufacturing costs, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This role will play a key part in identifying trends, improving efficiency, and ensuring financial accuracy to enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and production variances.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Prepare financial reports, including profitability analysis, cost trends, and operational performance metrics.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive cost efficiency and process improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Independently analyze account activity and be able to identify potential accounting issues.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
- Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
