We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee all activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Maintained accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, following proper safety and security measures.
- Loading and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders and meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the warehouse, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Prepare and generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics.
