Custom Apple Packers / Starr Ranch Growers is seeking a Facilities Technician for our Wenatchee, WA location to service, repair, and maintain the building interior and exterior (including, but not limited to - roofs, ceiling, walls, flooring, plumbing). This position is full-time, year-round, and comes with a benefit package.

Required knowledge, skills, & abilities:
- Construction & building knowledge, rough-in, framing, and basic finish carpentry
- Electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read service records and document work performed
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think independently
- Ability to read, understand, and follow diagrams, schematics, blueprints, manufacturer's guidelines, and manuals
