Refrigeration Room Repair / Building Maintenance

Seeking a dependable and responsible individual to help keep our refrigeration rooms and building in top shape!  This is a physical job.  You'll need to be able to:

• Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50# independently
• Operate, or become trained/certified to operate, a scissors lift, forklift, and knuckleboom
• Safely and proficiently utilize power tools

Responsible for:

• Testing & repairing cold storage rooms at the Quincy warehouse, Quincy Valley Fruit, and (on occasion, as needed) Wenatchee-area cold storage facilities 
• General facility and grounds maintenance
• Pressure-washing
• Sealing rooms
• Pressurizing rooms
• Removing room seals
• Maintaining written documentation of work performed
• Monitoring rooms for leaks
• Painting
• Sweeping, emptying trash, cleaning walls, doors, pipes, and other equipment
• Other related duties, as assigned

Compensation and benefits:

$21( ) per hour.  Medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, 401k, long term disability, elective life insurance - subject to applicable waiting period.
