Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Suspension Technician with experience in installing lift kits and performing tire installations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of shop experience, a solid understanding of suspension systems, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install lift kits, leveling kits, and related suspension components
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and balancing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot suspension-related issues
- Ensure quality control and safety during all installations and repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with the team and customers
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on shop experience in suspension work and tire installations
- Proficient with installation of lift kits and tires
- Must have own tools (specific to suspension and tire work)
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Pay:
- Based on knowledge and experience
- Hourly rate ranging from $20/hr to $30/hr
