About the Role :

We are seeking experienced, motivated and hardworking in-home sales representatives in the Charlotte, NC | Raleigh, NC | Nashville, TN | Houston, TX areas. You’ll be at the forefront of helping homeowners achieve their dream bathrooms. Using your expertise in in-home sales, you’ll build relationships with clients, present solutions, and close sales with confidence.

What We Offer :

• Compensation : Commission-only pay structure with uncapped earnings monthly and year-end bonuses.
• Yearly Earning Potential : $80,000 – $150,000.
• Long-term Potential : $100,000 – $175,000.
• Leads Provided : Company-issued leads through various trusted sources, 6-8 Pre-Set
• Flexible Schedule : Manage your workdays with non-traditional hours.
• Weekly Pay : Enjoy consistent earnings.
• Gas Allowance : Weekly
