Custom Built Design & Remodeling is actively seeking to hire a CONSTRUCTION LABORER who has the passion and drive to produce high-quality workmanship from framing to finishing.

Our Laborer’s responsibilities include setting up or inspecting equipment prior to operation, measure and verify levels of rock or gravel, bases, or other excavated material; perform manual labor to prepare or finish job sites.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Review daily tasks with supervisor and/or lead carpenter;
- Operate handheld or power operated tools;
- Observe hand signals, grade stakes, or other markings when operating machines so that work can be performed to specifications;
- Receive written or oral instructions regarding material movement and move materials as needed;
- Ensure required tools are at the worksite and in good working order;
- Use all tools including shovels, brooms, saws, lasers, and levels appropriately and according to manufacturer safety specifications;
- Report broken tools to supervisor and/or lead carpenter;
- Inspect, clean, and maintain vehicles and equipment according to company standards;
- Maintain safe and clean worksite;
- Work harmoniously and collaboratively with team members and clients;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Laborer Qualifications:
- Have ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects;
- Demonstrate knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance;
- Be proficient at prioritizing tasks and able to handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously with keen attention to detail and accuracy;
- Have ability to work under stress and deadlines;
- Demonstrate knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions required in the line of work.
Laborer Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: Up to $15-18.00 per hour
