Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer for a hybrid opportunity in Chicago, Illinois. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this direct hire opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing insurance client, and we re looking for someone passionate about hands-on development.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:
Senior-level development experience in Java (or C# developers open to learning Java)
Experience working within insurance industries, particularly personal auto lines, and exposure to working with Guidewire, Duck Creek, and/or Guidewire InsuranceSuite
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with InsuranceNow
Additional Details:
Expectations are onsite 5 days a week for the first 90 days to ensure successful onboarding. A shift to 3 days onsite will be considered after the initial period based on performance. The ideal candidate is a strong coder at heart, eager to grow their technical skills especially in Java.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
