Job Summary
Custom Care Pharmacy is currently looking for a part-time, evening shift, personable and detail oriented person to fill the roles of both a cashier and pharmacy delivery driver. The position may rotate between Milton and Sunbury pharmacy locations. This highly motivated employee will process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. We are currently seeking employees who must be able to work the following shifts:
Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
Rotating Saturdays 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Company car is provided
Summary: Delivers medications to patient homes and facilities in Custom Care Pharmacy service area in a safe, organized, polite, and accurate manner. Works cash register processing customer transactions, bagging prescriptions and helps customers with questions on our retail floor.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Scans prescriptions and orders to be delivered to create a delivery log and loads them into the vehicle, keeping in mind any special storage requirements, such as refrigeration, and delivers them to residences or care facilities using a company vehicle.
- Ensures efficient route selection and follows all safety and company rules.
- Obtains appropriate signatures and ensures accuracy, privacy, and reliability of each delivery.
- Obtains payment by accepting cash, checks, and credit card payments and makes accurate change as needed.
- Handles prescription and over the counter orders for customers in the store and for delivery
- Scans goods, collects payments, issues receipts, refunds, or change
- Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; cleans car exterior and interior and secures timely vehicle maintenance.
- Answers customers questions in a courteous and friendly manner
- Contributes to the team by performing other duties as required.

Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle report
- High school degree or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
