Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and chefs in the kitchen.
- Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
