Appointment setter places outbound phone calls to customers to set appointments for field technicians. Daily call goals and appointments are established and cash bonuses are earned based upon achieving and exceeding goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Kind and professional phone etiquette
- Competitive so that achieving goals is important and rewarding
- Team player and gets along well with others in the office
- Good attendance
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Experience working for an HVAC company is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Primary responsibility is establishing appointments for technicians. Your job is to make sure they have a full day of appointments
- Calling, texting, and emailing customers to schedule appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls as needed
- Input appointments and customer information into CRM software (Service Titan)

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
