We are seeking a dedicated and professional Motor Coach to join our team. Duties
- Safely operate a motor coach on designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety during the journey.
- Provide information about routes, schedules, and local attractions to enhance the travel experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the motor coach interior.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management.
Skills
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement, air break endorsement is required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and follow schedules accurately.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills to address passenger needs or unexpected situations during trips.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
