Custom Concrete is seeking hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew Members in our residential foundations division. Our team is committed to providing top-notch service and quality repairs to our customers.
Job Summary : As a Service Crew Member, you will be responsible for managing multiple service calls daily, ensuring quality service and repairs to customers' satisfaction in a timely manner. You will perform a variety of tasks related to concrete construction repairs and finishing work.
Essential Functions :
Possess knowledge of all phases of residential concrete foundations, slabs, and flatwork, as well as other residential homebuilding processes.
Perform a wide range of concrete repairs and finishing work in response to warranty service calls.
Understand and interpret blueprints to correct errors made during initial production.
Occasionally perform billable jobs that involve assisting other trades.
Operate a smartphone and tablet for daily tasks.
Manage daily tasks from a service truck, ensuring all tools and materials required to complete jobs are loaded and operational.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Adapt to changes by effectively communicating revisions to the service manager throughout the project.
Perform daily tasks in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in concrete construction or a related field is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
