Custom Concrete is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the President.
In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our leadership activities by managing administrative tasks, coordinating key projects, and providing strategic support.

Responsibilities include calendar management, communication, project coordination, resource management, technical support, problem-solving, confidentiality, and travel arrangements.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years' experience in similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
Preferred Education and Experience
5 or more years in similar role, preferably in construction
Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or a related field.
